  • 1 Duncan Hines Classic White cake box mix (or your preferred cake mix)
  • 3 eggs
  • 1/3 cup of vegetable oil
  • 1 cup of water
  • 1 10-oz bag of Ghirardelli white melting wafers
  • 1 tablespoon of coconut oil
  • 1/3 part of a 12-oz container of cream cheese
  • Patriotic sprinkles
  • Cake pop sticks

Instructions

  1. Bake the cake according to package instructions and let it cool completely.
  2. Crumble the cooled cake into small pieces and mix with cream cheese until well combined.
  3. Roll the mixture into 1-inch balls and place them on a baking sheet. Freeze for 30 minutes.
  4. Melt the white chocolate wafers in a microwave-safe bowl with coconut oil until smooth.
  5. Insert sticks into the chilled cake balls, dip them in melted chocolate, and sprinkle with decorations immediately.
  6. Allow the coated cake pops to set upright until fully dried.
