- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions
- Heat a skillet over medium heat and add olive oil.
- Season shrimp with garlic powder, salt, and pepper. Cook shrimp in the skillet until pink and opaque (about 2-3 minutes per side).
- While shrimp cooks, chop avocados, tomatoes, onion, cucumber, and cilantro; combine in a large bowl.
- Once shrimp is cooked, add to the bowl with vegetables. Squeeze lime juice over the mixture and gently fold to combine.
