  • pounds salmon fillets (skin removed, cut into bite-sized pieces)
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1 teaspoon smoked paprika
  • ½ teaspoon salt
  • ½ teaspoon black pepper
  • ¼ teaspoon cayenne pepper (optional, for extra heat)
  • ½ cup mayonnaise
  • ¼ cup Thai sweet chili sauce
  • 1 tablespoon sriracha sauce (adjust to taste)
  • 1 tablespoon honey
  • 1 tablespoon lime juice
  • 2 tablespoons fresh parsley, finely chopped

Instructions

  1. In a small bowl, whisk together mayonnaise, Thai sweet chili sauce, sriracha, honey, and lime juice to create the Bang Bang sauce. Set aside.
  2. In a large bowl, toss the salmon pieces with olive oil and seasonings (garlic powder, onion powder, smoked paprika, salt, black pepper, cayenne).
  3. Preheat your air fryer to 400°F (200°C). Place salmon in a single layer in the basket and cook for 8–10 minutes until crispy.
  4. Serve the cooked salmon bites on a platter drizzled with the Bang Bang sauce.
