  • 1 1/2 cups strong black coffee
  • 2 tbsp cocoa powder

Instructions

  3. In another bowl, whip heavy cream until stiff peaks form, then gently fold into mascarpone mixture.

  5. Spread half the mascarpone cream over ladyfingers; repeat layering process.
  6. Cover and refrigerate for at least 4 hours or overnight before serving. Dust with cocoa powder just before serving.
