Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 325°F (165°C) and grease a 9-inch springform pan.
- In a bowl, combine graham cracker crumbs and melted butter. Press into the bottom of the pan.
- In a saucepan over medium heat, cook blueberries, ¾ cup sugar, cornstarch, and lemon juice until thickened. Cool.
- Beat cream cheese, remaining sugar, and vanilla until smooth. Add eggs one at a time; mix in sour cream.
- Layer half of the cream cheese mixture on the crust followed by half of the blueberry sauce. Repeat layers.
