  • 4 Tbsp Butter
  • 4 cloves minced Garlic
  • 1 pound Shrimp
  • Salt & pepper to taste
  • 1 Lemon juiced
  • 1/4 cup White wine or chicken stock
  • 1/4 cup Heavy cream
  • 1 Tbsp Cajun seasoning
  • Fresh parsley for garnish
  • Grated parmesan for garnish

  5. Mix in heavy cream and the remaining tablespoon of butter for a smooth texture.
