  • 1 lb sirloin or ribeye steak
  • 12 oz fettuccine pasta
  • 2 tbsp unsalted butter
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1½ cups heavy cream
  • 1 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 4 tsp Cajun seasoning (divided)
  • Salt and pepper

Instructions

  1. Season the steak with olive oil, salt, pepper, and 2 tsp Cajun seasoning.
  2. Sear the steak in a hot skillet for about 3-4 minutes on each side until medium-rare. Let rest before slicing.

  5. Cook fettuccine according to package instructions; drain and toss with the cream sauce.
