- ½ cup light corn syrup
- ½ cup water
- ¼ tsp cream of tartar
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- Pink and blue food coloring gel (or desired colors)

Instructions
- Clean the apples thoroughly and dry them. Insert wooden sticks into each apple.
- In a saucepan, mix sugar, corn syrup, water, and cream of tartar. Heat until dissolved.
- Increase heat to high; boil until reaching 300°F (150°C). Remove from heat, then stir in extracts.
- Divide the mixture into two containers; add coloring to create a marbled effect.
- Dip apples into the mixtures to create the swirl design; set on parchment paper.
- Add glitter or sprinkles while still soft. Allow to cool completely.
