- 2 packages (8 oz each) cream cheese, softened
- 1 cup sugar (divided)
- 1 egg
- 2 tsp vanilla extract
- 2 cans (8 oz each) Pillsbury crescent dinner rolls
- 2 tbsp ground cinnamon
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and spray a 9×13" baking pan with non-stick spray.
- In a small bowl, mix together 1/2 cup sugar and cinnamon; set aside.
- In a mixing bowl, beat softened cream cheese, remaining sugar, egg, and vanilla until smooth.
- Unroll one can of crescent dough into the pan and press seams together. Sprinkle half of the cinnamon-sugar mixture on top.
- Spread the cream cheese mixture evenly over the dough, then cover with another layer of crescent dough.
- Top with the remaining cinnamon-sugar mixture and bake for about 30 minutes or until golden brown.
- Allow to cool before slicing into bars.
