  • 4 tbsp cold butter (cubed, for streusel topping)

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C) and grease a 9×9 baking dish.
  2. In a bowl, whisk together cake flour, baking powder, and salt.
  3. Cream butter and sugar until fluffy; add the egg and vanilla.
  4. Gradually mix the dry ingredients and milk into the wet mixture until just combined.
  5. Gently fold in blueberries.
  6. Spread batter in the prepared dish and top with streusel made from sugar, flour, cinnamon, and cubed butter.
