Ingredients
- 1 package (12 count) Hawaiian rolls
- 1 pound ground beef
- 1 jalapeño pepper, sliced
- 6 slices thick-cut bacon, crumbled
- 1 cup sharp cheddar cheese, shredded
- Cowboy butter (prepared separately)
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F and lightly grease a baking dish.
- In a skillet over medium heat, sauté diced onion and minced garlic in vegetable oil until fragrant. Add ground beef, Worcestershire sauce, seasoned salt, and hamburger seasoning; cook until browned (about 8-10 minutes). Drain excess grease.
- Split Hawaiian rolls in half and place the bottom halves in the baking dish. Brush generously with cowboy butter.
- Layer the beef mixture over the rolls, then add sliced jalapeños, crumbled bacon, and shredded cheese. Place the top halves of the rolls on.
- Brush more cowboy butter on top. Cover with foil and bake for 15 minutes; uncover and bake an additional 3-5 minutes until golden brown.
