  • 1/2 an onion (chopped into small pieces)
  • 2 minced garlic cloves
  • 1 can of diced green chilies (4 ounces)
  • 1 can (10 oz) red enchilada sauce
  • 2 cups Monterey Jack cheese (shredded)
  • 1 package (8 oz) cream cheese (softened)
  • 1/4 cup sour cream
  • 8 flour tortillas

Instructions
