Ingredients

  • 2 lbs sirloin steak, cubed
  • 4 large potatoes, diced
  • 1 onion, diced
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1/2 cup beef broth
  • 1/4 cup Worcestershire sauce
  • salt, pepper, garlic powder, paprika to taste

Instructions

  1. Prepare all ingredients by cubing the steak and dicing the potatoes and onion.
  2. In the crockpot, layer half of the potatoes followed by steak and half of the onion. Repeat with remaining ingredients.
  3. Pour beef broth over layers and drizzle Worcestershire sauce on top. Season to taste.
  4. Cover and cook on low for 7-8 hours or high for 4-5 hours until steak is tender.
  5. In the last 30 minutes of cooking, add shredded cheddar cheese on top to melt.
