  • 5-pound pork shoulder roast
  • 2 large sweet onions (sliced)
  • 2 tablespoons McCormick Grill Mates Roasted Garlic & Herb Seasoning Mix
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 2 cups chicken broth

Instructions

  1. Grease a 6-quart slow cooker and layer sliced onions at the bottom.
  2. Pat the pork roast dry and rub it with seasoning blend and salt.
  3. Place the seasoned pork on top of the onions and pour chicken broth around it.
