  • 2/3 cup low-sodium beef broth
  • 2 tbsp aged balsamic vinegar
  • 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1/2 tsp black pepper
  • 1 tsp fresh thyme
  • 1/2 tsp sea salt
