  • 1 pound ground beef
  • ½ cup diced onion
  • 1 tube (11 ounces) refrigerated French bread dough
  • 6 slices cooked and crumbled bacon
  • 8 slices American cheese
  • Ketchup and mustard for spreading
  • 1 large egg (beaten)
  • Sesame seeds for topping

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. In a large skillet over medium heat, cook the ground beef and diced onion until browned. Drain excess grease and season with salt and pepper.
  3. Roll out the French bread dough on a lightly floured surface into a rectangle.
  4. Spread ketchup and mustard evenly over the dough, leaving a border around the edges.

  6. Roll the dough tightly from one long end to another, sealing the edges well.
