- 3 tbsp unsalted butter
- 4 cloves garlic (minced)
- ½ cup chicken broth
- 1 cup heavy cream
- ¾ cup freshly grated Parmesan cheese
- Italian seasoning

Instructions
- Cook rigatoni in salted boiling water according to package instructions until al dente. Reserve ½ cup of pasta water before draining.
