Instructions

  1. Marinate the chicken in olive oil, paprika, garlic powder, salt, black pepper, cayenne (optional), and lime juice for at least 30 minutes.
  2. Heat a grill or frying pan over medium-high heat. Cook the marinated chicken for 5–7 minutes per side until cooked through; let it rest before slicing.
  3. In a bowl, whisk together mayonnaise, sour cream, minced garlic, lemon juice, Dijon mustard, salt, and black pepper to make the creamy garlic sauce.
