  • 2 tablespoons butter
  • 3 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1/4 cup sun-dried tomatoes (oil-packed), chopped
  • 1/4 cup heavy cream
  • 1/4 cup chicken broth
  • 1/4 cup freshly grated Parmesan cheese
  • Fresh parsley, for garnish

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. Pat salmon dry and drizzle with olive oil; season with salt, pepper, thyme, and basil.
  3. In a skillet over medium heat, melt butter. Sauté garlic until fragrant, then add sun-dried tomatoes and cook until softened.
  4. Stir in heavy cream and chicken broth; simmer until slightly thickened. Mix in Parmesan cheese.
  5. Place salmon in a baking dish and pour the sauce over it. Bake for 15–20 minutes until cooked through.
