  • 1 cup almond butter
  • 1/2 cup coconut sugar
  • 1/3 cup maple syrup
  • 2 tablespoons non-dairy milk
  • 3/4 cup blanched almond flour
  • 1/2 cup cocoa powder
  • 2 eggs (or flax eggs)

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F.
  2. In a mixing bowl, whisk together the almond butter, coconut sugar, maple syrup, non-dairy milk, melted coconut oil or butter, eggs (or flax eggs), and vanilla extract until smooth.

  4. Line an 8×8 baking pan with parchment paper and pour the batter into it. Spread evenly with a rubber spatula.
  5. Bake for 22-28 minutes; check doneness with a toothpick inserted in the center.
