Ingredients
- 1 ½ tbsp butter
- 1 green bell pepper (chopped)
- ½ cup onion (chopped)
- 1 lb boneless rib-eye steak (sliced or chopped)
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 6 slices provolone cheese
- 12 egg roll wrappers
- Oil for frying
- Optional: Ranch for dipping
Instructions
- In a large frying pan, melt half the butter over medium heat. Sauté the bell pepper and onion for 3-4 minutes until softened.
- Remove veggies from the pan, add remaining butter, and cook the rib-eye steak seasoned with salt and pepper until browned (3-4 minutes).
- Combine sautéed vegetables with the cooked steak.
