- 1 cup powdered sugar

- Prepare the cheesecake filling: Beat cream cheese, powdered sugar, and vanilla until smooth. Scoop 16 portions onto parchment paper and freeze for about an hour.
- Preheat the oven to 350°F and line baking sheets with parchment paper.
