  • 2 tsp pure vanilla essence (for caramel sauce)
  • ¼ cup water (for salted caramel drizzle)
  • ¾ cup rich cream (for salted caramel drizzle)
  • 3½ tbsp butter (for salted caramel drizzle)
  • 1 tsp kosher or sea salt (for salted caramel drizzle)

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a bundt pan.
  2. In a mixing bowl, combine flour, sugar, salt, baking powder, baking soda, and cream of tartar.
  3. Add softened butter; mix until crumbly. Incorporate coffee creamer and vanilla essence until smooth.
  4. Beat in eggs one at a time until fully combined.
  5. Pour batter into the prepared bundt pan and bake for about 50 minutes or until a toothpick comes out clean.
  6. For the caramel sauce, melt sugar in a saucepan until golden brown; stir in butter and coffee creamer.
  7. For the salted caramel drizzle, boil sugar and water until amber; add cream, butter, and salt.
