- 1/8 teaspoon black pepper
- 1 cup cooked rice (white, brown, or jasmine)
- 1/2 avocado, sliced (per bowl)
- 2 tablespoons fresh parsley, finely chopped
Instructions
- Preheat grill or grill pan over medium heat. Toss shrimp with olive oil, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper.
- Grill shrimp for 2-3 minutes per side until opaque and slightly charred. Set aside.
