Ingredients
- 750g chicken breast (cut into chunks)
- 2 onions (quartered)
- 3 tsp garlic (crushed)
- 2 tsp ginger (minced)
- 250ml chicken stock
- ½ cup soy sauce
- ¼ cup brown sugar
- ¼ cup oyster sauce
- 1 Tbsp sesame oil
- 500g broccoli florets
- 2 Tbsp cornstarch
- 3 Tbsp water
Instructions

- Cook on low heat for 4-6 hours until chicken is tender.
