  • 2 pounds baby potatoes (halved or quartered)
  • 1/4 cup extra virgin olive oil
  • 1 tablespoon Italian seasoning
  • 3 cloves garlic (minced)
  • 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1 teaspoon kosher salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
  • Optional: Fresh parsley, bell pepper, onion, carrots, red pepper flakes

Instructions

  1. Spray the slow cooker insert with cooking spray.
  2. Add halved baby potatoes into the slow cooker evenly.
