  • 2 pounds ground beef
  • 1 cup breadcrumbs
  • 1/2 cup finely chopped onion
  • 2 cloves garlic (minced)
  • 1/4 cup milk
  • 2 large eggs
  • 24 ounces marinara sauce

Instructions

  1. In a large mixing bowl, combine ground beef, breadcrumbs, onion, garlic, milk, eggs, salt, pepper, and oregano. Mix gently to avoid overworking the meat.
  2. Shape the mixture into 1½-inch meatballs and place them on a plate.
  3. Pour half of the marinara sauce into your slow cooker and layer the meatballs on top.
  4. Add the remaining marinara sauce over the meatballs.
  5. Cover and cook on LOW for 6-8 hours or HIGH for 3-4 hours.
  6. Stir gently before serving hot.
