  • 810 shrimp, deveined
  • Assorted chopped vegetables (e.g., Brussels sprouts, bell peppers)
  • 1/2 cup chicken broth
  • 3 tablespoons soy sauce
  • 2 tablespoons brown sugar
  • 1 tablespoon oyster sauce
  • 1/2 teaspoon ground ginger
  • 1 teaspoon cornstarch
  • 2 tablespoons oil (more as needed)
  • 2 tablespoons Shaoxing wine
  • 1 teaspoon cornstarch
  • Green onions, cut into 1-inch pieces

Instructions

  1. Marinate the steak in Shaoxing wine, cornstarch, and soy sauce for at least 20 minutes.
  2. Whisk together chicken broth, soy sauce, brown sugar, oyster sauce, ground ginger, and cornstarch for the sauce.
  3. Heat oil in a skillet over medium-high heat; sear the marinated steak until browned and set aside.
  4. Sauté the vegetables until tender in the same pan.
  5. Add shrimp to the veggies and cook until pink.
  6. Return steak to the pan; add cooked noodles and stir in the sauce until everything is well-coated.
