Ingredients
- 16 ounces fresh mushrooms (cremini or button)
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 2 tablespoons butter
- 6 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 teaspoon kosher salt
- 1½ teaspoons Worcestershire sauce
- 1½ teaspoons soy sauce
- Seasoning: paprika, onion powder, oregano, tarragon, black pepper, chili powder
Instructions
- Clean the mushrooms with a damp cloth and trim the ends.
- Heat olive oil and 1 tablespoon of butter in a skillet over medium heat. Add mushrooms and sprinkle with salt; cook undisturbed for 3 minutes.

- Stir in Worcestershire sauce and soy sauce; cook for an additional 2–3 minutes until reduced slightly.
