  • about 1/3 cup powdered sugar (to taste)
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla
  • ½ cup unsalted butter – softened
  • 8 oz. cream cheese – softened
  • 1 cup powdered sugar
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla
  • 3 cups graham cracker crumbs
  • ½ cup + 2 tablespoons unsalted butter – melted
  • ¼ cup strawberry jam
  • 2 (3 oz. pkg) berry blue Jello (or other flavor to your taste)
  • 1 and 1/4 cup boiling water
  • 2/3 cup diced fresh strawberries
  • 2 cups blueberry pie filling
  • 1 cup canned crushed pineapple – drained from juice
  • 2 ½ cups whipped cream
  • Fresh strawberries – halved
  • Fresh blueberries
  • ¼ cup chocolate chips

Instructions

  1. Combine graham cracker crumbs, melted butter, and strawberry jam; press into a 9×13-inch baking dish to form the base.
  2. Whip heavy cream with powdered sugar and vanilla until stiff peaks form. In another bowl, beat cream cheese with remaining powdered sugar until smooth; fold in whipped cream.
  3. Spread half of the cream mixture over the crust, followed by prepared Jello. Once set, layer blueberry pie filling and fresh strawberries, then top with remaining cream mixture.
  4. Pour remaining Jello over the layers and refrigerate for at least 3 hours before serving.
