- 1 1/2 cups beef broth
- 3 tbsp tomato paste
- 3 oz cream cheese (softened)
- 12 oz spaghetti (cooked al dente)
- 1 1/2 cups shredded cheese (cheddar, Mexican blend, etc.)
- Cilantro for garnish (optional)
Instructions
- Cook spaghetti according to package directions until al dente; drain and set aside.
- In a skillet over medium heat, sauté diced onion in olive oil until soft (3-4 minutes). Add minced garlic and cook for an additional minute.
- Add ground beef and cook until browned (5-7 minutes); drain excess fat.
- Stir in taco seasoning, diced tomatoes, beef broth, tomato paste, and softened cream cheese; cook until melted (2-3 minutes).
- Remove from heat and mix in cooked spaghetti along with shredded cheese until well combined.
- Garnish with cilantro if desired and serve immediately.
