  • 2 cans (8 oz each) crescent roll dough
  • 16 oz cream cheese (softened)
  • 1/4 cup sour cream
  • 1 cup granulated sugar
  • 2 large eggs
  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1/4 teaspoon kosher salt
  • 1/4 cup all-purpose flour (plus more for dusting)
  • Powdered sugar (for garnish)

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a 9 x 13-inch baking pan.
  2. In a mixing bowl, beat cream cheese and sour cream until smooth. Gradually add sugar and mix until fluffy. Add eggs one at a time, then mix in lemon juice, vanilla extract, salt, and flour until well combined.
  3. Unroll one can of crescent dough into the baking pan as the base. Spread cheesecake filling evenly over it.
  4. Unroll the second can of crescent dough on top of the filling.
  5. Bake for about 30 minutes or until golden brown. Allow to cool completely before slicing.
  6. Dust with powdered sugar before serving.
