Ingredients

For the Chicken:

  • 1 chicken breast
  • ½ teaspoon kosher salt
  • ¼ teaspoon black pepper
  • 3 tablespoons olive oil

For the Wrap:

  • 1 large tortilla
  • 1 head iceberg lettuce chopped
  • 4 bacon strips
  • 4 tablespoons Caesar dressing
  • ¼ cup Parmesan cheese

Instructions

Cook the Bacon:

  • Heat 1 tablespoon of olive oil in a skillet over medium heat.
  • Cook the bacon until crispy, then chop into small pieces. Set aside.

Prepare the Chicken:

  • Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C).
  • Season the chicken breast with salt and pepper.
  • In the same skillet, sear the chicken in the remaining olive oil until browned on both sides.
  • Transfer the skillet to the oven and bake for 9–12 minutes or until the chicken is cooked through.
  • Let rest for 5 minutes, then slice into strips.
  • Make the Salad:
  • In a large bowl, combine chopped lettuce, sliced chicken, chopped bacon, Caesar dressing, and Parmesan cheese.
  • Toss until everything is evenly coated.

Assemble & Toast the Wrap:

  • Lay the tortilla flat and fill with the salad mixture.
  • Fold in the sides, roll tightly, and place seam-side down in a clean skillet.
  • Toast over medium heat until the wrap is golden brown and crisp on both sides.
  • Slice and serve warm.
