- 4 boneless skinless chicken breasts
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 3 cloves garlic minced
- 1 cup heavy cream
- ½ cup chicken broth
- 1 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
- Salt and black pepper to taste
- Chopped parsley for garnish
Cook the Chicken:
Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat.
Season the chicken breasts with salt and black pepper.
Cook the chicken for 5–6 minutes on each side, or until golden brown and cooked through. Remove from the skillet and set aside.
Make the Sauce:
In the same skillet, add the minced garlic and sauté for about 30 seconds until fragrant.
Pour in the heavy cream and chicken broth, then stir in the Parmesan cheese.

Simmer & Serve:
Return the cooked chicken to the skillet and spoon the sauce over the top.
